1.1 Precautions

Insulation inspection must be separated from the VFD Inverter, it is recommended to use a 500V voltage type Mega-European table, should ensure that the measured resistance is not less than 5M.
1.2.2 Thermal protection of the motor
If the motor does not match the rated capacity of the VFD Inverter, especially when the rated power of the VFD Inverter is greater than the motor rating, it is necessary to adjust the motor protection related parameter sits in the VFD Inverter or install thermal relays in front of the motor to protect the motor.
1.2.3 Operation above power frequency
This VFD Inverter provides output frequencies ranging from 0Hz to 3000Hz. If the customer is required to operate above 50/60Hz, consider the resilience of the mechanism.
1.2.4 The vibration of the mechanical device
The VFD Inverter may encounter the mechanical resonance point of the load unit at some output frequencies and can be avoided by setting the jump frequency parameters in the VFD Inverter.
1.2.5 About motor heat and noise
Because the VFD Inverter output voltage is a PWM wave with a certain harmonic, the motor’s temperature rise, noise and vibration will increase slightly compared to the frequency of work.
1.2.6 Cases with pressure-sensitive devices on the output side or capacitors that improve power factor
The VFD Inverter output is a PWM wave, the output side, such as the installation of an improved power factor capacitor or lightning-proof varistor, etc., easy to trigger the VFD Inverter instantaneously over The current even damages the VFD Inverter.

1.2.7 The contactor and other switch equipment used on VFD Inverter input and output terminal
If a contactor is installed between the power supply and the VFD Inverter input, this contactor is not allowed to control the VFD Inverter start-stop. It must be necessary to use this contactor to control the VFD Inverter start and stop, the interval should not be less than one hour. Frequent charge and discharge tend to reduce the life of capacitors in the VFD Inverter. Switching devices such as contactors are installed between the output and the motor, so that the VFD Inverter should be used to break off when there is no output, otherwise it is easy to damage the module inside the VFD Inverter.
1.2.8 Use other than the rated voltage value
It is not suitable for the use of V600 series VFD Inverters outside the permissible operating voltage range specified in the manual, which can easily cause damage to the devices in the VFD Inverter. If you need to To do so, use the appropriate boost or lowering device for the variable pressure treatment.
1.2.9 Change of three-phase input to two-phase input
Do not change the VFD Inverter to two-phase use. Failure will cause failure or damage to the VFD Inverter.
1.2.10 Lightning Impact Protection
This series of VFD Inverters is equipped with lightning overcurrent protection device, for the sensor has a certain self-protection capability.
For lightning frequency place, customers should also add protection front of the VFD Inverter.
1.2.11 Altitude and derate use
In areas with altitudes above 1000m, it is necessary to derate the use due to poor cooling of the VFD Inverter due to thinning air.

1.2.12 Some Special Uses

1.2.13 Attention when scrapping VFD Inverters
Electrolytic capacitors in the main circuit and electrolytic capacitors on the printing plate may explode when burned, and plastic parts can produce toxic gases when burned, so treat as industrial waste.
1.2.14 About the adaptable motor
1) the standard adaptable motor is a quadratic rat cage asynchronous induction motor. If not the above motor please be sure to according to the motor rated current optional VFD Inverter.
2) The cooling fan and rotor shaft of the non-variable motor are coaxial connections, the fan cooling effect is reduced when the speed is reduced, therefore, the field where the motor overheats should be fitted with a strong exhaust fan or replaced with a variable frequency motor;
3) The inverter has built-in standard parameters of the adaptable motor, according to the actual situation it is necessary to identify the motor parameters or modify the default value to meet the actual value as far as possible, otherwise it will affect the operation effect and protection performance;
4) The short circuit of cable or motor can cause the inverter to alarm, or even blow up the machine. Therefore, first of all, the initial installation of the motor and cable into the insulation short circuit test, daily maintenance also need to be carried out frequently this test. Note that it is important to disconnect the drive from the part of the test when doing this test.
